1 Bethany Place is situated along a peaceful no through lane just yards from the Market Square, the heart of the town, with open fields nearby at the other end. It is a light and airy traditional Cornish cottage with two bedrooms which sleep up to four people in a double and a twin room.

It has a spacious lounge which has a fireplace with an electric stove, Freeview tv, dvd player and a stereo with CD player. There is a well-equipped open kitchen and dining area with patio doors leading onto a delightful suntrap patio for sitting out and relaxing in the summer.

The property has been charmingly renovated to a high standard with full central heating, double glazing, new bathroom including a bath with power shower and towel warmer.

The kitchen has been fully fitted with an integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher to make your stay as easy as possible. There is a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, there is also a warm cupboard under the stairs for keeping your coats cosy on winter visits.

Pets are welcome by arrangement, they will enjoy their stay as much as you.

The cottage has a non smoking policy inside but smoking is permitted outside on the patio.

Parking is free at the large public car park approx. 100m walk down the road, an ideal opportunity to walk across the Market Square and catch up on what is going on. You can park outside the cottage to unload and load.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
